VANCOUVER CONCERTS THIS WEEK: OCTOBER 26 TO NOVEMBER 1, 2026

Vancouver's week of October 26 to November 1 runs on seven confirmed shows, and most of the weight sits at the back end. Friday, October 30 is the busiest night: Louisville R&B singer Bryson Tiller brings The Neo Trapsoul Tour to Rogers Arena, New Zealand band Six60 play the Hollywood Theatre, and Kyle Gordon, the comedian and musician behind 'Planet of the Bass', takes the Biltmore Cabaret. Halloween belongs to British DJ and producer Chris Lake, who headlines Foundation v18.0 at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Earlier in the week, Australian songwriter Julia Jacklin plays a sold-out Commodore Ballroom on her first tour since signing to 4AD, and Joy Oladokun brings her new album Hope Is A Heavy Thing to the Hollywood Theatre on Thursday. Medium Build open the week at the Vogue Theatre on Monday with The King of Having Fun on Tour.

The Backspin HQ Picks
Julia Jacklin, Tuesday, October 27 at the Commodore Ballroom. Jacklin has spent a decade building one of the most dependable catalogues in indie songwriting, from Don't Let the Kids Win (2016) through Crushing (2019) and PRE PLEASURE (2022). She has since signed a worldwide deal with 4AD, and this North American run, which opened in San Diego on October 20 and wraps in Philadelphia on November 21, is the first with the new label behind her. Timbre Concerts lists the Vancouver date as sold out, with Jordan Patterson opening.
Joy Oladokun, Thursday, October 29 at the Hollywood Theatre. The Nashville-based singer-songwriter released Hope Is A Heavy Thing on September 25, and The Heavy Things Tour is the run built around it. Oladokun writes direct, folk-leaning songs that sit close to the voice. The show is presented by Live Nation, with doors at 7pm.
Chris Lake, Saturday, October 31 at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Lake, the British producer who runs the Black Book Records label, is the top name on the Halloween edition of Foundation. It is the only electronic headliner among this week's confirmed Vancouver shows.
Also On The Calendar
Bryson Tiller's Rogers Arena date is part of The Neo Trapsoul Tour, which follows last year's 10th anniversary of his debut T R A P S O U L. Six60, the New Zealand band, play the Hollywood Theatre the same night. Kyle Gordon brings his musical comedy to the Biltmore Cabaret, and Medium Build start the week at the Vogue.
