KATSEYE brought The Beautiful Chaos Tour to Toronto on November 18, delivering a packed show at Great Canadian Casino Resort and marking the group’s first ever performance in Canada. The night felt historic for both fans and the members themselves. Excitement had been building for weeks, and when the six piece finally stepped onto a Canadian stage, the response made it clear Toronto had been waiting for this moment. For a group less than two years into their career, drawing a crowd this loud and committed shows their fast rising impact in North America.

Toronto’s stop sits near the beginning of their first headlining North American run. The tour launched in Minneapolis on November 15 and will continue through major cities until it wraps in Mexico City in December. For fans who have followed KATSEYE since The Debut: Dream Academy, this tour is the first real chance to see their full live identity unfold.
The show was structured in two distinct acts. Act one opened with CHAOTIC, moving quickly through early favourites like Debut, Gameboy, and I am Pretty. Extended intros for Mean Girls and Tonight I Might added theatrical flourishes that played well in the room, while the crowd erupted for Internet Girl, an unreleased song that has been circulating through fan communities since summer. Their cover of Milkshake, paired with a GAP inspired dance break, added one of the night’s lighter moments before Gabriela closed the first act with a polished extended sequence.
Act two spotlighted vocals, stage presence, and the stylistic blend that defines KATSEYE. Shortened versions of Girls Do not Like, Dirty Water, and All the Same nodded back to Dream Academy origins before the group shifted into newer tracks like Time Lapse, Flame, Monster High Fright Song, and M I A. The section felt more focused and dynamic, building toward a final dance break on Gnarly.

The encore used a short interlude titled Incoming Call to reset the atmosphere before Touch and My Way lifted the room one last time. A final Mean Girls outro served as the send off, closing the night on a confident note that matched the excitement surrounding this early tour chapter.
After the show, the members went straight to Instagram to thank Toronto, writing: “toronto, you were incredible !!! our first time in canada as KATSEYE was something we will never forget and we are already counting down the days until we will be back. see you soon, boston!”
It was the kind of message that confirms what the crowd felt in the venue: this night meant a lot to the group, and Canada will not be waiting long for a return.

For readers new to the group, KATSEYE is a six member global pop ensemble formed through HYBE and Geffen Records’ project The Debut: Dream Academy. The group includes Daniela from Atlanta, Sophia from New York and Manila, Lara from Texas and Los Angeles, Manon from Zurich, Megan from Honolulu, and Yoonchae from Seoul. They debuted in June 2024 and have since gained significant momentum with songs like Touch, Gabriela, and Gnarly, plus a Netflix docuseries that documented their formation.
Their identity blends K pop level choreography with Western pop structure, supported by multilingual vocals, Y2K inspired fashion, and a strong fanbase known as Eyekons. In just over a year, KATSEYE has earned multiple award nominations, high profile brand campaigns, and rising Billboard chart placements, making them one of the most globally diverse and fast growing groups of their generation.
Backspin HQ captured their first Canadian show in Toronto as part of The Beautiful Chaos Tour. If the response inside the room is any indication, KATSEYE’s connection with Canadian fans has only just begun. Where should they play next when they return?
